A multi-sited, award winning, Chartered Accountants and Business Advisors in Yorkshire has an opportunity for an experienced, full time, permanent, full time Senior/Semi Senior Accountant to join their expanding team in the York office. This position offers the right individual the opportunity to grow within the role and work alongside a professional and friendly team.

Working autonomously, you will be preparing accounts for a range of clients including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies. Supervising junior team members will be part of your remit as well as the preparation of personal and corporation tax returns. As well as this, you will be reviewing VAT returns and bookkeeping.

We are really interested in talking to you if (as a senior/semi senior accountant) you have;

• Previous experience of working within an accountancy practice, have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and enjoy working within a warm, friendly team and great clients. You will be either qualified by experience or part qualified/qualified (ACA, ACCA or AAT).
