Job Details

Our client is an educational provider seeking to recruit a Resourcing Business Partner to manage recruitment needs across the business. This is a new role so there is scope to make the role your own. This is an initial 3 month contract converting to a permanent role for the right candidate.

In this exciting role you will be responsible for managing one recruitment administrator and initially picking up some high volume recruitment . Longer term you will be working on improving their onboarding and developing a recruitment strategy as you develop.

Working in a supportive HR team (14), you will:

  • Develop and implement resourcing strategies to attract and retain talent
  • Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent needs
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including developing attractive adverts, interviews, conducting background checks, and extending job offers
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers


To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in managing or supporting end to end recruitment campaigns from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Good sourcing and headhunting skills
  • Strong understanding of resourcing best practices and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage high-volume recruitment processes efficiently.
