Are you ready to embark on a rewarding journey with an educational provider dedicated to empowering adults in local communities? We're thrilled to offer an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our Education curriculum team as an Administrator for a dynamic 3-month period.

As a Curriculum Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in our mission by:

  • Collaborating with a team of administrators to develop new curriculum templates.
  • Efficiently inputting course information and additional data into our bespoke system.
  • Creating and managing curriculum timetables.
  • Handling incoming communications from course tutors.
  • Addressing adhoc telephone queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven administration experience.
  • Strong data input skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent organisational abilities.
  • Proficiency in IT, particularly Office 365.
  • A positive and adaptable attitude towards work.


In return you will receive:


£21,840 (pro rata)

Hybrid working with 2 days in the Leeds office (one of the office days will be Wednesday)

33 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata)
