An innovative, established and expanding company within the property/construction sector are now recruiting for an Administration Assistant. Based on the outskirts of York, this position is a pivotal, supportive role designed to assist the existing, valued administrative and professional sales team.
The Administration Assistant will essentially work alongside the existing team to assist with the workflow as well as ensure the overall smooth operation of the business in the very busy and dynamic sales operations.
Ultimately your position is to provide telephone and copy/audio typing support and to act as as solid and reliable conduit between clients, office staff and their professionals who work remotely. You will be ensuring that as the company grows, the high levels of quality and service are being maintained throughout.
This is an important support role for the business and the charismatic MD is looking for a strong, focused, highly organised, accurate audio / touch typist and communicator.
The successful applicant for this role will need to be used to working in a sales team environment, be adaptable by nature, and have high standards. You will have excellent organisational, communication, IT and touch typing skills.
Experience of audio typing will be a big advantage. You will also be able to roll your sleeves up and ‘muck in’. Career opportunities available.
