Job Details

We are looking for an exceptional receptionist with excellent administration skills to join a dynamic and diverse central administration team in York.

Our ideal candidate will have previous reception experience and a good level of education. Customer service is at the heart of this organisation, whether this is dealing with internal staff and partners or external customers. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail are essential, as is the ability to work autonomously as well as part of the wider team.

With many different systems used across the business the successful Reception Administrator  will be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills coupled with the ability to pick up and work with new systems quickly and easily.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors and course participants
  • Booking meetings
  • Arranging couriers and collections
  • Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe reception area
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Sorting and distributing post
  • Assembling course packs

You will be the type of person who is dynamic and prepared to go that extra mile. Applications will be considered from full and part time (3days/week) individuals, however, you must be able to work Thursdays and Fridays 9-5.

Salary: £17k - £21k dependent on experience
