We are delighted to be supporting our York-based client with the recruitment of a temporary purchase ledger assistant to work in this busy team.

The duties of a Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:

  • Processing invoices on Sage 500 and interacting with our purchase order system
  • Answering queries from suppliers about payments (telephone and by email)

Sage experience is desirable, however, full support and training will be provided on the systems.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A confident and pleasant telephone manner
  •  The desire to help this busy team
  •  Be used to working with business technology

Start: ASAP

Rate: £11.00 / hour
