Purchase Ledger - Temporary

We are delighted to be supporting our York-based client with the recruitment of a temporary purchase ledger assistant to work in this busy team.
The duties of a Purchase Ledger Assistant will include:
- Processing invoices on Sage 500 and interacting with our purchase order system
- Answering queries from suppliers about payments (telephone and by email)
Sage experience is desirable, however, full support and training will be provided on the systems.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A confident and pleasant telephone manner
- The desire to help this busy team
- Be used to working with business technology
