A highly sought after, initial 12 month contract has become available for an organised and dynamic Project Assistant to work for a global, corporate, engineering based organisation based in central Leeds.
Working as part of a supportive and results driven team, you will be responsible for managing all the services that support the core Project Team and the role will encompass elements of project management as well as document control.
You will be providing assistance and administrative support to the team by undertaking the following tasks:
- Working with Project Manager /senior management to ensure seamless working between offices
- Planning and arranging logistics for meetings
- Producing project documents / minutes
- Managing contractor and external partner relationships
- Organising dedicated workspace and meeting room requirements
- Managing IT / connectivity requirements
The ideal Project Assistant will have excellent interpersonal skills as well as an excellent attention to detail with the ability to quickly build a rapport with colleagues /partners. You will be comfortable with multiple forms of technology, software and IT and have a flexible, cooperative and approachable manner. Previous similar experience in an office based environment is ideal although a graduate will definitely be considered. Salary is commensurate with experience.
