The successful Mortgage Administrator will be have a background ideally in finance or banking. It is essential you have key attention to detail an excellent relationship builder with an enthusiastic, honest and open approach to both colleagues and clients. It would be advantageous for you to have previous experience of working within a similar role.
The key responsibilities in this role include:
Handling of incoming emails and telephone enquiries
Maintaining accurate customer records on the CRM of new and existing cases
Preparing of lending applications
Obtaining supporting documentation for applications
Conducting relevant Anti Money Laundering checks
Data entry and application submissions
Follow up calls to clients, solicitors and lenders
Collecting, analysing and processing of customer sensitive information
Producing business documents
Maintaining financial records

This is a 35 hour per week full-time role however our client is more than happy to consider the role on either a full or part time basis. For the right person seeking part time they are willing to be very flexible on hours of work and days etc. 3 – 5 days per week or a minimum of 18 hours across any day
